This patient had two prior rhinoplasties with another surgeon that unfortunately did not meet her goals. A complex revision rhinoplasty was performed to (1) rebuild the height of her nasal dorsum after prior over reduction; (2) improve symmetry of the nasal bridge and nasal tip; (3) correct alar notching; (4) refine nasal tip contours; and (5) create a gentle supratip break.
