5 months following tertiary revision rhinoplasty. Her goals were to correct a pinched nasal tip, reduce supratip fullness, establish a straight profile by augmenting the bridge and reducing supratip fullness, correct right alar notching, improve nostril symmetry, and address septal deviation and nasal obstruction.
