Lindi DeFrances, MSN, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Frankel Facial Plastic Surgery in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. She brings a wellness-focused approach to aesthetic medicine, with a clinical emphasis on hormone health, skin care, and overall longevity.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Youngstown State University in 2022, then completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration from Youngstown State University in 2026.

Before transitioning into aesthetics, she built a strong clinical foundation working at the bedside in an intermediate care unit, caring for patients with complex medical needs.

Lindi has been a valued member of the Frankel Facial Plastic Surgery team for over three years. She joined the practice as a registered nurse and, through hands-on experience in aesthetic medicine, advanced to her current role as a nurse practitioner.
